Amie is a very good instructor, nice and hard working. I am very pleased with my personal training sessions I had. I feel much better with more energy. I will book longer sessions soon. Meanwhile I enjoy the classes and boot camp.
Amie Benton at Fuel Fitness is without doubt a highly motivated Personal Trainer with the ability to structure individual or group training sessions to suit the needs and abilities of anyone who is just starting out or wants to increase their fitness levels. Not only is Amie good at what she does but her personality and energy makes the training fun.
Fuel Fitness was recommended to me and I'm so glad that I plucked up the courage to go. I've worked with Amie at Fuel Fitness for a couple of years now. She's truly devoted to her work and making all her classes high energy, always different so you don't get bored, adaptable to the environment in which they are set and most importantly fun, pushing just the right amount to get you through to the other side!! Recently she has done done 1:1 sessions with my daughter and I and has been an inspiration and got me to a beach body that I'm very happy with in around 6 weeks. Excellent group sessions, Amie will adapt any session to suit your abilities but will always strive to get the best out of you. Classes I have had a go at are run club, boot camp, circuits and boxing sessions. I will certainly be continuing these sessions in the future and would recommend them to anyone who ask. Also all sessions are with like minded friendly people in a fun fuelled atmosphere 5*****
