Q: What actually happens during a typical session?

A: Sessions are one hour long and consist of a program designed specifically to target your goals. Your personal trainer is with you every step of the way. A typical session will start with a warm up, mobility stretches, main activity, core exercises and then stretches.

Q: When do I need a trainer?

A: The need for a personal trainer is different for every individual. You may have plateaued in your current program and may not be achieving your goals. You may be bored of exercise and lacking motivation. Your technique may need some work on or you might want training variety.

Q: Do I have to be a member at energie fitness club?

A: No. Non-members are allowed to work with their Personal Trainers, however, if you wish to use the gym on days you are not seeing your trainer then you will need to join or pay as you go.
