Box Hit

7.00pm - 7.45pm


A fun filled cardio workout and a great stress buster. Put on the boxing gloves, punch some focus pads and leave the studio feeling like a champion.



Core Strength



A whole body workout focusing on engaging your core muscles allowing your body to function correctly. Designed to target different muscle groups allowing you to see the definition. Feel the burn!

Fuel Run Club



A fantastic way to start your day, rise and shine and meet at Woodford Park. Maybe your goal is to run 10k or a half marathon for charity or do you have your heart set on that 5k PB or even go from walking to running. With our interval training, speed work and agility drills for all types of runners / walkers you'll be sure to achieve your targets.


6.30pm - 7.15pm


A range of fitness stations which include a combination of body weight, resistance and cardio exercises performed to a specific time or reps. A good way to work at your own pace, quickly see results and progression.

Boot Camp


Are you ready for the challenge? High intensity with a combination of body weight and resistance exercises along with bursts of aerobic and anaerobic training. Be sure to get your heart and lungs pumping and your muscles firing. Guaranteed to leave with a smile and sense of achievement.



Kettlebells are used to perform ballistic exercises that combine cardiovascular, strength and flexibility training. Blast fat and build muscle in a fast and efficient way.

Fuel Night Run

Last Thursday of the Month

5km planned route followed by food / drink at a local pub. All ages and abilities welcome to join in a fun and friendly run.
